Technical specifications

▶ Outer surfaces are three layers of fiber reinforced CTP with 450 fibers.
▶ The inner surfaces are double-ply 450-fiber CRP coating.
▶ Panel insulation material 42 Densty density polyurethane.
▶ CTP plates are combined with polyurethane with special vacuum press system and made into panels. During the joining process, fiber reinforced steel carcass provides more resistant and minimum jerky surfaces
▶ In the pan, the waterproof 18 mm water plywood is coated on the insulation. This material has high impact resistance and low bending stiffness.
▶ The base is epoxy coated on plywood and optionally covered with aluminum jamb and corrugated aluminum. Two rows of double lip on the door wings, mounted rubber seals.
